This Refund Policy explains how and when customers are eligible to receive a refund or replacement for products purchased from Bidco Industry. It aims to ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance with applicable consumer protection laws in Kenya.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds or replacements are only available under specific conditions, including:

  • Receipt of defective or damaged products upon delivery.

  • Incorrect items delivered compared to the confirmed order.

  • Valid proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order number).

Claims that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund or replacement, customers must contact Bidco Industry’s customer service within 7 working days of product delivery.
Please provide your order details, a brief explanation of the issue, and photo evidence (if applicable).

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.

4. Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless faulty).

  • Customized or special-order products.
